Welcome to my new blog! I'm excited to finally be able to offer an additional training resource for my private clients and students to help add another element to our training journey together. It is here where I'll be sharing ideas and resources on topics related to functional strength training, kettlebells, nutrition, martial arts, self-defense, and probably Metallica ;)
While I"m assuming that most readers of my blog already know (and train with) me, in case we don't know each other, here's a bit about me:
My name is Keith Jennings, owner of KDJ Training Systems. I am a Personal Trainer and Martial Arts Instructor from Chicago, IL. I have over 30 years of experience training in Martial Arts, and I've been Personal Training for the past 13 years. I hold a 4th degree Black Belt, a Strong First Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor, a Certified Functional Strength Coach, and an instructor in modern Self-Defense Systems (Urban Combatives and Martial Blade Concepts).
